In this class we explore the benefits of meditation, and breath work while working on lengthening and strengthening muscles to improve flexibility and balance. Perfect for first timers, beginners, seniors or advanced practitioners in need of some restoration. Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm Warm Slow Flow
All levels welcome Realign your energy during this Warm Slow Flow. Class begins by flowing into a series of vinyasa poses, and settles into the grounding benefits of yin yoga by holding poses for a longer period of time in a heated space. (Approx. 80 degrees) Wednesday 7-8pm Moon Magic Mediation

A time and space to gather and breathe
The session begins with 5-10 minutes of guided breath work to help you clear your mind, followed by a 15-20 minute guided meditation carefully scripted based on the theme of the month. To conclude our practice, we will explore different tools and techniques to support your practice outside of the studio, this may include introductions to a variety of the following: books, podcasts, music, essential oils, crystals, oracle cards, mantras, mudras, journal prompts and more.
