Ingredients: 1 1/2 c coconut milk 1/2 c oats (gluten free) 4-6 pitted dates 2+ c frozen fruit peaches + blueberries 2 c spinach 2 T almond butter
Add ingredients to blender (I used a vitamix), adding a splash of water or ice if necessary. Served with fresh green apple, mango, and mixed berry granola.
*Note: there are SO many ways to make this... Any nut milk will work, just like any fruit will work! This is just 1 version that I tried and liked. I'll be sharing more recipes like this usually based on what ingredients I have around at the time!
