This is a great opportunity to observe the natural beauty of the Outer Banks and coastal North Carolina while learning something new. Paddleboard Yoga combines the basics from a traditional yoga class and adds stand up paddle boarding to the mix.
Each class includes an introduction to paddleboarding with time to become familiar with paddling, as well as a guided (and modified!) yoga class.
Every class is designed with loads of options for all skill levels.
No experience required
Getting started with Paddleboard Yoga is actually a lot easier than you may think! You don't to have exceptional flexibility or balance, you don't have to learn all the poses and lose 20 pound first. This class is designed to accommodate all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. (Even yogi fitness gurus fall into the water during their practice.)
This practice is open to all levels with plenty of variety that will allow you to explore your range of movement safely and comfortably on the board.
